2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Products and Pricing

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT (IVA) at the applicable Portuguese rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

5. Payment

We accept credit/debit card, MBWay, PayPal, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely. Full payment is required before dispatch. We do not store payment card details.

6. Delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal

8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Decree-Law No. 84/2021 (EU Directive 2019/771/EU). If a product is defective, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
