Cautions Very potent and rich in carvacrol and thymol (phenols). Always dilute in a carrier (vegetable oil, honey or Solubol) and do not exceed 2%. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or on children under 6. Do not use if you have a history of convulsions or are allergic to essential oils. Do not use over prolonged periods (hepato-toxic). Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. External use only.

Topical: Always dilute well in a carrier (vegetable oil, honey or Solubol); do not exceed 2%.
Aromatic: Diffuse just a few drops for an energising, purifying atmosphere.
