Coconut cookies. Colette Coco's story: Where Colette grew up, people smile all the time. Their teeth are as white as the inside of a coconut and their generosity as great as the largest coconut palm. One day, a coconut barely missed the head of Colette, who was resting under the branches of a palm tree. As with Newton and his apple, it gave him a brilliant idea: there is too much gravity, the world should be lighter! So, Colette harvested the funniest coconuts and made airy and tender cookies, delicious to get from coconut trees.
