Cold-pressed from the peel of the Citrus bergamia fruit, Bergamot is bright, cheerful and softly floral — the citrus famous for flavouring Earl Grey tea. Its beautifully balanced aroma is instantly uplifting, helping to lift the spirits and ease feelings of tension, irritation or sadness. Diluted into a carrier, it is also a lovely choice for balancing oily or blemish-prone skin. Note that natural (non-bergapten-free) Bergamot is phototoxic, so take care with sun exposure after applying it to the skin.

Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. External use only.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler to uplift the mood.
Topical: Dilute in a carrier (around 0.4% on sun-exposed skin); avoid sun and UV for 12-18 hours after application.
