An organic infusion of red vine leaf, grape marc, blackcurrant and nettle — a deep, tannic, autumnal blend from the French vineyard tradition.
An honest note. This blend is normally sold as a Light Circulation tea, on the claim that red vine tones and stimulates venous return and that blackcurrant provides a diuretic effect to eliminate stagnant water. No health claim for these plants is authorised in the EU for a food, so we do not repeat it, and we have renamed the product after its ingredients.
Worth knowing, because it is genuinely interesting: red vine leaf is registered in parts of the EU as a traditional herbal medicinal product, for the relief of heaviness in the legs related to minor venous problems. That registration applies to specific licensed preparations at defined doses — this is a food infusion, not that product, and we cannot and will not borrow the claim. If that is what you are looking for, ask a pharmacist for the registered preparation.
Please take leg swelling seriously
Heavy or swollen legs are usually harmless. But sudden swelling in one leg, especially with pain, warmth or redness, needs urgent medical assessment — that can be a deep vein thrombosis. Swelling in both legs that is new, or comes with breathlessness, is also something to get checked, since heart, kidney and liver problems can present that way. Please do not treat any of that with a tea.

Nettle has a diuretic reputation and is cautioned alongside diuretics and lithium — ask a pharmacist if you take either, or medication for blood pressure or diabetes.
