Cautions Rich in thymol (a phenol), which can irritate the skin and mucous membranes. Never use undiluted; dilute well and keep to a low dilution (around 1% or less). Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or on children. Avoid with bleeding disorders or if taking anticoagulant (blood-thinning) medication. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; patch-test first. Keep out of reach of children. External use only.
