A note on the name
This set is widely sold as a "Peach Hand Set". There is no peach in it — "pêche" in the original French refers to the peach colour of the gift box, not to a fragrance. Worth saying plainly, so that nobody buys it expecting peach.

Peony — soft and pink-smelling. Worth knowing that peony has almost no extractable natural scent, so peony fragrances in every brand are reconstructions.

How the formula works
Three ingredients do the job. Vegetable glycerin is a humectant: it pulls water toward the skin surface and holds it there. Aloe vera adds water and polysaccharides. Shea butter is the occlusive layer that slows evaporation. Take any one of the three out and the cream stops working properly — which is why almost every good hand cream, natural or not, is built on this same three-part logic.
The "hydrated*" asterisk in the manufacturer's copy refers to the water content of the upper layers of the epidermis. No cream hydrates from within.
Fragrance, honestly
Four different scents means four different fragrance mixtures. Perfume is the leading cause of contact allergy in cosmetics, and natural scents are not exempt — limonene, linalool, geraniol, citral and coumarin all occur naturally and all appear on the EU's list of 26 substances that must be declared. If you know you react to scented products, this set is not the one to gamble on.
